Shipping is 3 business days via UPS or USPS MAIL. Bliss Charmz & Buttonz will not be held responsible or liable for any delayed packages, lost packages or damages done while in shipment. If this occurs please file a Claim with USPS or UPS. Bliss Charmz & Buttonz does provide refunds on orders on a case by case basis since these are customized items. If you have an issue or concern with your order you have up to 14 business days after it has been delivered to contact us. Please send a detailed message including photos of any errors/corrections below via email to blisscharmz@yahoo.com. During this time we will discuss any changes or updates that need to be made, please be aware that you are responsible for any return shipping fees. Products must be new and unused to be eligible for any corrections. Bliss Charmz & Buttonz then will be responsible to ship your items back to you free of charge. If at any time corrections are unable to be made to your order you will be issued a partial refund sent to the same method of payment used to place your order. You also have the option of receiving store credit equal to half of the original payment amount to be used on any of our products.**
